Does anyone know where my family can go camping no more than 2hr drive from Chicago?
That have cabins and allow alcoholic beverages?????? We prefer Indiana, Milwaukee, Rockford,IL, or Elgin, IL, that kids would also have fun.

It leaves all the state parks out, no alcohol.
Doesn’t it take like 2 hours just to drive through chicago???
OK……south chicago………..LOLOLOL!
Pretty much any Wisconsin State Park allows alcohol. Cabins not so much, but some of the parks have them for people with disabilities.

If you require a cabin, you’ll have to go to private campgrounds / cabin rentals:

There’s one place I know of but it may be more than 2 hours depending where in chicago you are and how fast you drive… It’s called Yukon Trails in Lyndon Station WI, they have igloo lookin things for cabins and it’s about 15min from Wisconsin Dells (water park capital of the US)… Like I said though, it’s probably between the 2-3hr mark from Chicago.
